Can a Gas Ejector unload a well locked in with condensate?

In principle, yes.

A Gas Ejector is designed to entrain a certain amount of gas on the suction (LP) side at a certain pressure. When little or no suction flow is present (as would be the case in a loaded well) the natural tendency of the Gas Ejector is to create a lower suction pressure hence a lower pressure in the well head. Depending on the well FHTP, it is possible that the Gas Ejector may lower the pressure at the well head sufficiently for the well to unload.
