About This Project

Problem

L09-FF is a gas producing platform with a single train, 2-stage mechanical compressor.

The minimum suction pressure of the compressor is 130psia. Due to backpressure, the FF-wells will cease to produce within 2 years.

Solution

Lowering the backpressure of the FF wells and satellites wells below 130psia increases recovery and extends the life of the wells. Installing an Eductor (Ejector) with interchangeable internals will improve availability of the L9-FFplatform as well pressures decline.
